     Submarines that have been concentrated in the North Sea are apparently leaving the area and proceeding home.1 Two submarines sighted in North Sea by British trawlers October thirty but neither in concentration area. No further information concerning Mediterranean submarines.

     British Commander-in-Chief Mediterranean2 acting under instructions his Government signed armistice with Turkey effective noon October thirtyone.
