2708 Your 61421 To date 94 nucleus crews have been ordered home. This will provide nucleus crews for all destroyers to be delivered during reminder of calendar year and for all January deliveries except five. February deliveries 14, March deliveries 22 April deliveries 18 May deliveries 18, June deliveries 16. 93 Additional nucleus crews will be therefore necessary to man vessels to be delivered in 1919 up to and including the month of June. These 93 crews must be therefore in United States prior to May 1st1918<1919> 16005 2703
