British ships are all instructed to send out allo on sighting submarines but no specific instructions have been issued by Admiralty to inform Azores as efficient radio station is in process of building . Have advised Admiralty that U. S. man of war is stationed there which will receive such messages while station is being built and also transmit same to British Intelligence Officer there.
