Simsadus.

1452.     Your 1895.1   Alterations to our two hospital ships are so far advanced that no advantage would be gained by the suggested transfer. Sometime ago army took up matter of converting several cargo bottoms into Hospital ships. This office discouraged idea and offered use of its two hospital ships in mutual work for both services. Army accepted this policy and present intention is that no more cargo ships should be diverted from more urgent supply work.  11006.
