2675. Your 6223.1 Recent reports submarine activity received from you do not show that concentration is being maintained. Under present methods of routing if we eliminate areas mentioned your 4452,2 routes of all convoys restrict to narrow limits. Considered that dispersing is more important than avoiding areas mentioned considering that upon junctions destroyers can always section convoys as necessary  10005 2675
