Swedish Foreign Minister1 stated in confidence today QUOTE Swedish Government is advised it is rumored that in official circles in Berlin that new Government willing accept the fourteen points of President Wilson and that during the next week or ten days we are likely to see developments of greater moment than world has seen since fall of Roman Empire  UNQUOTE 24005     51.
