2458.     Following from Cone2 Quote Request all aviators be trained flying boat and bomb dropping. No accommodations such training abroad. That I be informed when aviators are so trained, number and date sailing. Recommend observer and pilot be trained pair for bombing. Radio instruction necessary for observer. Suggest one half radio operators under training air craft stations be trained as observers. Request 3065 motor mechanics be given additional training in overhauling adjusting and testing Liberty motor. Request 14 meteorological officers, 17 intelligence officers, 13 speaking French be sent England immediately for training. Unquote.
