This collection contains oral histories collected by DET 206 (NCDU) reservist CAPT Steve Horowitz.  The oral histories focus on the experiences of Naval Staff on duty in London at Naval Forces Europe (CINCUSNAVEUR) on 9/11, as well their work in the aftermath and their observations on foreign reactions to the attacks.
