PAULDING, DRAYTON, ROE, TERRY, PERKINS, STERET[T], McCALL, BURROWS, WARRINGTON, MONAGHAN, TRIPPE, WALKE, AMMEN, PATTERSON, FANNING, JARVIS, BEALE, JENKINS, DUNCAN, PARKER, BALCH, ALLEN, WILKES, SHAW will reach their home yards very soon to be fitted out for distant service at the earliest practicable date. These vessels on arrival will be immediately available for repair and equipment for distant service and will have the right of way over other work at the Yards except for other destroyers of sixth and seventh divisions previously ordered to the Yards. Report to the Department earliest practicable date of completion as soon as it can be ascertained. Consider each vessel as a unit. 16130.1
