THROUGH:  Admiralty.

          Number eightyone.   Total losses British Allied and neutral week ending July one onehundred and twenty-eight thousand fivehundred tons.  Apparently sixteen large submerines have been out but impossible so far to draw conclusions as to reasons for diminished activity (stop)  Isolated cases are reported of ships attacked longitude twentynine degrees and twentysix degrees (stop) Submarine mine layers not very active (stop) Seventyseven mines have been picked up which is well below weekly average (stop) Fifteen reports of encounters with enemy submarines in British waters two by destroyers three by special service ships one by submarine four by auxiliary patrol one by seaplane four by merchant vessels.
