Convoys are arriving at rendezvous ahead of time making arrangement of Destroyer escort extremely difficult. Reduce margin of time allowed to 24 hours and impress on Officers in Charge of convoys the necessity of adjusting speed so as to avoid being ahead of time by more than 4 or 5 hours. Was this made quite clear to CARRICAN HEAD.

Repeat to V.A.North America & West Indies No. 565.
