In reply to your one hundred and ninety-four and previous messages on the same subject.2 Department approves steps taken to establish three stations and training school in France.3 Directions have been given to supply additional personnel and material requested for these stations. When practicable, the further assistance in aviation that has been requested will be given. 15007
