Subject Awaiting arrival of

Consul from Manila.

The U.S.Consul1 will arrive from Manila Tuesday morning with the latest important information of the defenses.

It is considered very important to keep in communication with consul before sailing.

In the event of declaration of war could go to MirsBay, China to await arrival.2
