Naval Base, Key West, Fla.

     Twelve Army transports are now ready to leave Tampa for Santiago via Key West. Furnish them with convoy from Key West to Santiago three vessels, preferably cruisers. Communicate with Commanding General at Tampa on this subject.1 Inform Navigation2 what vessels will be sent.
