Following received from Bristol. “The people and locality of Turkey and Southern Russia are looking to America for relief for existing trying conditions. There is strong sentiment that America will help them. Those commissions that render aid are most welcome, but those that are for observation and investigation only cause disappointment especially because everyone realizes positively relief and assistance are immediately required.” 152710.
