Black Hawk (1767-1838) was the chief of the Sac and Fox Indians who was defeated in the Black Hawk War of 1832.

The third Black Hawk (MHC-58) was launched by InterMarine on 27 August 1994 and commissioned 11 May 1996. She is serving on active duty in the Naval Reserve Force.
