Bishop William J. Moran, D.D., Auxiliary Bishop, Military Ordinariate, chats with Mr. James S. Capodanno of Staten Island, New York, who holds the Medal of Honor was that awarded posthumously to his brother, Lieutenant Vincent R. Capodanno, a Navy Chaplain. The Medal was presented to Mr. Cappodanno by Secretary of the Navy Paul R. Ignatius in a ceremony held at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC, on Tuesday, January 7, 1969.
