Bishop William J. Moran, D.D., Auxiliary Bishop, Military Ordinariate, chats with Mr. James S. Capodanno of Staten Island, New York, who holds the Medal of Honor was that awarded posthumously to his brother, Lieutenant Vincent R. Capodanno, a Navy Chaplain.
