28 page photo album containing photos and plans for Sir Alfred Yarrow’s Anti-Submarine Smoke system, circa World War I. The system is shown in experimentation ashore at Scotstoun, Glashow, Scotland, in horizontal and vertical configurations, as well as the effects of the water spray system. It is shown installed on Yarrow torpedo boats, and in working configuration at sea aboard the British merchant ship War Rambler.
