Collection of 103 photographs of and on USS Pensacola taken by the New York Navy Yard and dated March 24, 1930. The images were part of an album held by the Bureau of Ships Drafting Office. Specific imagery consists of: USS Pensacola in New York Harbor; interior spaces (such as radio office, gallery, pantry, chart house, quarters, supply rooms, boiler and engine rooms, central control spaces etc.); weapons and ordnance; structural details such as welding details, stiffeners, beams; furnishings; equipment (tripod masts, motor launches, winches, and pump); and general waterfront views of the New York Navy Yard.
