Cyrus R. Miller Collection This collection consists of 69 photographs and a group of 12 radio messages, and deals with Cyrus R. Miller’s career in the United States Navy, from USNA Annapolis to Commander of USS VON STEUBEN (SP-3017) during WW I. Some images have been assigned NH numbers or removed and added to the NH series. Messages transferred to Navy Department Library.
