S-381-A Lillian Lallier and Edith Fillmen Collection

Collection of three oversize panoramic prints related to the naval service of William J. Adams, who served from 1917 to 1919 as an aviation machinist mate. Subjects of the collection consists of company 8 (recruit?) photo from an aviation regiment stationed at Naval Base Norfolk, February 21, 1918; officers and men of Naval Air Station Anacostia, Washington DC, 1918; and the enlisted men of Naval Air Station, Washington DC, 1919. Though not identified, it is assumed that Adams is present in each of the three prints. The three prints are individually identified as S-381-A, S-381-E and S-831-F.
