Various photos of Foster throughout his naval career including; group photo of Class of 1911 US Naval Academy Midshipmen; meeting with Pope John Paul XXIII; US Naval Submarine Base New London; USS G-4 (SS-26); scenes at Veracraz, 1914; USS San Francisco (CM-2), USS Severn, USS Trenton (CL-11), USS L-2 (SS-41); large collection of photos autographed to Foster by noteworthy individuals including Theodore Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, Fleet Admiral Chester Nimitz, Fleet Admiral Ernest King, James Forrestal, Christian Herter, Lewis Strauss, and others; Secretary of the Navy Daniel Kimball receiving silver tray from Navy League; photos, documents and certificates related to Foster’s tenures at Atomic Energy Commission and International Atomic Energy Agency.
