Description: Paul Mardikian, a contract conservator from Terra Mare Conservation, discovers more than 130 lbs of sediment after removing the seal on one end of the mid-section of the Howell Torpedo. The sediment was systematically removed and sifted for any pieces of the torpedo or concretion.
