Caption: A high speed "fastflex" camera films a medicam experiment, 1946, the monkey's skull top has been removed and replaced with a clear plastic cap. The camera is wired to the air plunger on the right side of the monkey's head, and is activated when the head is struck. The test was run to determine the effects of serious head injuries.
