Caption: On the anchorage at U.S. NAS Cape May, New Jersey, in 1918. This was a typical scene of the beach as it was during the submarine activities. The planes are being prepared for another patrol. BuNo A-1210 was built by Lowe, Willard, and Fowler, College Point, Long Island, while BuNo A-1925 was a Curtiss built aircraft.
