L45-92.01.01 USS Fall River (CA-131)

A-bomb flagship - the USS Fall River (CA-131), now at Pearl Harbor, on which Rear Admiral F.J. Fahrion, Advance Commander Joint Army-Navy Task Force One has hoisted the flag. One of the newest heavy cruisers of the US Fleet the USS Fall River, will be flagship for the Joint Task Group controlling the target vessels at Bikini. April 9, 1946.
