L01-19.07.03 KC-130F Hercules

The Navy conducted carrier suitability tests of the KC-130F Hercules aircraft aboard the USS Forrestal (CVA-59). The full stop landings were made without the tail hook normally fixed on Navy carrier aircraft relying instead on special non-skin brakes and maximum reversing of the propellers. October, 1964.
