100+ photographs from the Naval service of Torkel G. Nilsson (Torkel G. Nelson). Many of the photographs involve aerial views from the 1920s. A scrapbook contains photographs from travels on USS Trenton (CL 11) in the 1920s. The Trenton visited California, Hawaii, Panama, and the Panama Canal. The scrapbook has great views of Honolulu and Southern California. Vessels and places shown in other photographs include: USS Arizona (BB 39); USS Langley (CV 1); NAS Lakehurst, New Jersey; Pensacola, Florida; hangars at Hampton Roads, Virginia in 1924; Squadron 3 at Pensacola & Hampton Roads in 1924 and 1925.
