Description: A finished special effects shot for the training film "Assembly and Loading of Airborne Forward-Firing Rockets" at Naval Air Station Twenty-Nine Palms, CA. A single Japanese aircraft is in the foreground, along with fuel drums, a taxiway, and sandbags. The top half of the image is a matte painting, showing a runway, additional aircraft, a tower, and a mountain range. Compare this to the "before" shot seen in image 2015.22.133. Image taken from a photo album documenting the operations of the U.S. Naval Photographic Services Depot, Hollywood, CA, during World War II.
