Description: Sailors construct miniature railway cars, for the training film "Ammunition Handlers," at the U.S. Naval Photographic Services Depot, Hollywood, CA. One railway car was rigged with explosives for a scene in the film. Image taken from a photo album documenting the operations of the Depot during World War II.
