Collection Photo # UA 452.13.01 Inspecting WAVES shortly after the Second World War
Approximately 50 photographs from the Navy career of Jack Moore. Moore served as a Chief Photographer's Mate during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Photographs show events and ships in San Francisco, California; the Aleutian Islands; Point Barrow, Alaska. Additional photographs show aircraft during Operation Ski Jump in 1952 and Navy Day at the Kansas City Red Cross chapter in Olathe, Kansas on October 27, 1945.
