Collection of photographs related to the aviation career of Vice Admiral Frederick “Nappy” Kivette. Kivette was in the first Pensacola Class ’25 and became a fighter pilot; he was also in the stunt section of the VF-1 – the “High Hat Squadron” (predecessor of the Blue Angeles) and then in the “Belly Bumpers” (HTA unit on the Macon and Akron).
