Title: Stephen Jacobson Photo Collection
Description: Collection of approximately 150 photographs related to the naval service of Elmer Alfred “Jake” Jacobson aboard USS LCT 1283 during WWII. The images mostly take place on Okinawa, Sasebo, Nagasaki, and Japanese islands between 1945 and 1946. Approximately 100 photographs include item level descriptions and captions as noted by Jacobson.
