Near the mushrooming Army encampment, the competent Seabees pitch the first Navy tent on the desolate northern tundra. Already the distant valley has nearly drained of its lake, and soon and efficient fighter strip will take its place. Ever on the alert for enemy planes, two P38s and B25s zoom overhead while the dependable and constant PBY maneuvers for reconnaissance shots.
