USS Tripoli LPH-10 rests in Asry dry dock in Bahrain. Sadly, she is in need of extensive repair after mine damage caused by the Iraqis in the northern Gulf. Despite severe damage, Tripoli remained on station for three days, providing much needed minesweeping support to the invasion force prepared to land in Kuwait.
