Description: (DD-877) Plan view forward, taken while the ship was undergoing an inclining experiment at the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, California, on 15 November 1962, at the conclusion of her FRAM II modernization. Note the reinforcement fitted to the side of her forward 5/38 twin gun mount. Also the antenna atop the mount and anchor handling gear on her foredeck.
