Caption: A detail view forward of the ship's two fore triple 7.1-in. (180-mm.) main battery gun turrets. Note the periscope optics visible atop each turret and also the range finder ports at the rear on each side of each turret. Note the red star in the muzzle tompions. Note the re-sited gunfire directors with radar antennas on each side of the superstructure.
