Caption: The Soviet Freighter KAJAK at San Francisco, California, during World War II. She is painted in her neutrality markings. Ship at the pier in the background is USS PATHFINDER (AGS-1). KAJAK was the former ESTONIAN steamer of the same name taken over in 1941. She was not reported after 1950 and was dropped from registers in 1955.
