Caption: This photograph was obtained by U.S. Navy Office of Naval Intelligence in about 1898 and was labeled a "Furor/Audaz" Type Spanish Destroyer. However, the dark paint and small funnels suggest that this particular photo may be of a British 27-knot type ("A" Class) ship instead.
