Caption: Plan of the ship as converted during February to May 1915 from a merchant ship to a seaplane carrier, dated June 1915. The captions were added by the U.S. Navy Office of Naval Intelligence sometime during World War I. Note the storage of torpedoes in the hold forward. Received by Navy Department Operations, Aviation Department, July 1919.
