Caption: Where every space into which a cot could be set up, including the passageways, was utilized to set up cots obtained from the fleet to accommodate happy British, Australian, and Javanese ex-prisoners of war. This seemed like a bit of heaven after three and a half years in a Japanese prison camp, September 1945.
