Title: Radioman Chief Gerald Bessler
Caption: U.S. Navy, helps a small Vietnamese Montagnard girl choose a new dress from a box of project " Handclasp" clothing. The chief was a member of a party from U.S. Navy Headquarters Support Activity, Saigon which delivered two-and-a-half tons of food, medicine, clothing, toys, books and building materials to refugee Montagnard tribesmen at Bac Hoi near Dalat in the central Vietnam highlands. The tribe had escaped form Viet cong encirclement three times.
