Title: Guy Morville Buck
Caption: Was born in Maine and was admitted to the US Naval Academy, Annapolis Maryland, class of 1881. He was honorably discharged as a naval cadet on 30 June 1883, under an act of Congress of 5 August 1882 which was a result of no naval ships suitable for war and no need for officers to man them. Due to the Spanish-American War however, he was reappointed to the rank of lieutenant on 29 April 1898. He was discharged as a lieutenant on 12 April 1899 and died on 27 April 1918 at Foxcraft Maine.
