Caption: Photograph of the frame timbers and anchor dredged from the Delaware River in 1941. Two stackadoes were used in the river, one extending from Billings Island to Billings Fort, the second (a series) extending from Hog Island to Red Bank Island shoal, both located midway between Chester and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
