Caption: Ordered by the U.S. Navy as USS KIAMICHI (AOG-73). Reverted to the Maritime Commission in August 1945 before completion and named WHITE CASTLE. Sold incomplete to a Panamanian company in 1947 and renamed TRANSMERE in 1951. Purchased by Colombia in 1952.
