Caption: Photographed in US Navy service after World War I, very likely off New York City on 9 August 1920 when she arrived en route from Europe. This ship steamed to the USA under her own power, in company with the cruiser FRANKFURT and the destroyers S-132, towed by RAIL (AM-26), G-102, towed by FALCON (AM-28), V-34, towed by REDWING (AM-48), and HANCOCK (AP-3), departing Brest, France on 17 June for the Azores and New York.
