Caption: Photographed at New York Navy Yard, Brooklyn, New York, on 29 April 1919. This vessel was allocated to the United States under terms of the World War I settlement, and sailed with a U.S. Navy crew from Harwich, U.K., to New York, during 3 to 27 April 1919. The vessel visited U.S. East Coast ports during the victory loan drive, prior to being sunk 22 June 1921 as a target off the Virginia capes.
