Description: (American Motor Boat, 1912) In harbor, possibly on 15 March 1918 when she was inspected by the Fifth Naval District. She was already in U.S. Navy service at that time. The small tug Somerset is between her and the wharf. Owned by a Baltimore, Maryland, subsidiary of the North German Lloyd shipping company, this boat was USS Efco (ID # 2405) in 1918-1919.
