Description: Drawing prepared circa 1944 by the Bureau of Ships for a camouflage scheme intended for destroyers of the DD-380 (Gridley) class. Ships known to have worn this pattern included USS Bagley (DD-386), USS Helm (DD-388), USS Mugford (DD-389) and USS Ralph Talbot (DD-390). Some of these ships may have used different paints than those specified on this drawing. This plan shows the ship' starboard side, bow, stern, superstructure ends, and exposed decks.
