Caption: Maneuvers in the Philippine Sea during the worldwide Soviet naval exercise "Okean" in April 1970. A "Kotlin"-class destroyer is in the background. Note elevated 3.9-inch antiaircraft guns in two starboard mounts and the canted angle of the third mount. These guns are reportedly stabilized in three axes. Also note independently elevated 6-inch guns and strange electronics antenna just forward of number 3 turret.
